Three Women Received Back Into The Catholic Church In Tamale

On 12th April, 2026, the Feast Day (Solemnity of Annunciation of the Lord) of Our Lady of Annunciation (OLA) Cathedral, Tamale, was celebrated under the theme, “Let It Be Done. Mary As A Model Of Shared Mission”.
One of the key activities that took place during Mass to climax the celebration was the receipt of three returning Catholics back into the faith.
They were received by the Cathedral Administrator Very Rev. Fr. Thaddeus Kuusah, who entreated them to feel free to practice their faith.
As part of the preparations to facilitate their return, the three had gone for confession, and professed their faith as in the Apostles Creed.
They were also taken through the necessary education as required by the Church.
